1. Data Collection:

Use the PLE-780 3D frame scanner to obtain accurate data on the frame. The operator only needs to place the customer's frame into the scanner, and the machine will quickly generate a full range of 3D data of the frame, including shape, size, nose bridge position, etc. through laser or optical scanning.

2. Data Transfer:

The scanned frame data is sent directly to PLE-6800 auto lens edger's host via a data cable.

3. Auto-grinding processing:

The operator selects the lens material and frame material on the lens edger machine, and sets the main parameter information of the lens. After all the information is perfected, the edging process is started with one click, and the machine will grind the lens automatically, accurately and quickly according to the set-up information.
